WINvest Investment Club, LLP is a limited liability partnership. New members pay an initial fee of $25. After the first year, members pay an annual partnership fee of $15 and there is a $1 fee for each investment. Dividend reinvestments, stock splits and withdrawals have no fees. Each member receives a year-end statement showing their portion of dividend income, capital gains or losses and is responsible for paying any associated state or federal taxes. Each member is assigned a company to watch and is encouraged to share their views with the other members via our internet page. The club is adding new stocks each month and members are strongly encouraged to recommend their favorite company.
